Default French Bread Pizza

My mom made some version of this growing up but this is a totally basic recipe and super fast. You can add as much as you want to it! I think this is WAY more healthy than pizza as well.

1 loaf french bread
1 jar spaghetti sauce (of your choice)
1lb bag of mozarella cheese
pepperoni slices
2 tbsp fresh parsley diced

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut the loaf of french bread in half lenght wise. lay the two open halfs with centers sticking up on a cookie sheet. Spread half of a jar of spaghetti sauce on one of the loafs and the other half on the other loaf. Add cheese and pepperoni to your liking and finish with a sprinkle of parsley.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25minutes. The bread will be really really hot so let it cool for about 10 minutes before you cut and serve.
