Zucchini Bread
ZUCCHINI BREAD
3 EGGS
1 CUP OIL
2 CUPS SUGAR
3 TSP VANILLA
2 CUPS GRATED RAW ZUCCHINI
3 CUPS FLOUR
½ TSP BAKING POWER
1 TSP BAKING SODA
1 TSP SALT
3 TSP CINNAMON
½-1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
BEAT EGGS TILL LIGHT AND FLUFFY; ADD SUGAR, OIL, VANALLA BLEND WELL.
STIR IN ZUCCHINI.
ADDTOGETHER DRY INGREDIENTS
AND BLEND INTO CREAM MIXTURE.
FOLD IN NUTS. POUR INTO GREASED BREAD PANS, FILLING TILL ½ FULL.
BAKE @ 350* FOR 1 HOUR.
