Default Pretzels and Jello?

This may sound weird, but it is sooooo goood!!! I just had it at a baby shower. Yummm

[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']Jell-O Pretzel Salad[/font]

[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']2 cups coarsely chopped pretzels[/font][FONT='Arial','sans-serif']
2/3 cup pecans -- chopped
3/4 cup melted butter
3 Tablespoons sugar
8 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces Cool Whip®
1 teaspoon lemon juice
6 ounces package raspberry Jell-O mix
16 ounces frozen raspberries (not sweetened)[/font]


[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']Mix pretzels, melted butter and 3 tsp powdered sugar together. Spread in[/font][FONT='Arial','sans-serif']
a 9x13" pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool.

Combine cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar in a bowl. Fold in cool
whip. Spread over cooled pretzels then chill in refrigerator for at least
1 hour.

Combine lemon juice with 2 cups boiling water. Stir in gelatin and mix
well making sure gelatin is dissolved. Add frozen raspberries. Let mixture
gel at room temperature until thick, but not completely set. Spread over
cream cheese layer and refrigerate overnight or until gelatin is
completely set.[/font]
